The SIS maintenance downtime postponed from last weekend will take place today Saturday, February 25, from 6:00-10:00 a.m. This will affect both administrative and self-service (portal) users. The reporting environment will not be affected.

Please be sure to clear your browser cache (see http://www.virginia.edu/integratedsystem/gettingStarted/cache.html for instructions) when logging on after the downtime.

Postponed SIS Downtime

Postponed SIS Downtime: The planned downtime for this Saturday, February 18, has been postponed. We will notify you when it is rescheduled, probably on Saturday, February 25th.

Intermittent SIS downtimes for administrative users

We have had 2 incidences of downtime for SIS administrative users today – one at 9:40 a.m. and one at 12:30 .pm. Both were about 10-15 min and did not affect self service or reporting. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. In the meantime, there may be intermittent short downtimes when administrative users are bumped from the system.

SIS portal log on issue resolved

Users can now log on to the SIS Portal.

SIS Self Service Portal unavailable

Users cannot access the SIS via the self service portal. We are investigating the problem and will update this site.

ImageNow/WebNow down for extended system mainetance

The Enterprise Applications ImageNow environment will have down time this weekend in order to perform system maintenance. The system will be down from Friday, January 6th at 7:00 pm to Sunday, January 8th at 7:00 am.
