February 16, 2012Intermittent SIS downtimes for administrative users
January 10, 2012We have had 2 incidences of downtime for SIS administrative users today – one at 9:40 a.m. and one at 12:30 .pm. Both were about 10-15 min and did not affect self service or reporting. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. In the meantime, there may be intermittent short downtimes when administrative users are bumped from the system.

January 9, 2012Users cannot access the SIS via the self service portal. We are investigating the problem and will update this site.
ImageNow/WebNow down for extended system mainetance
January 6, 2012The Enterprise Applications ImageNow environment will have down time this weekend in order to perform system maintenance. The system will be down from Friday, January 6th at 7:00 pm to Sunday, January 8th at 7:00 am.
